ADOPTION FEE

​We believe in picking your 'furever' companion by temperament, and not just by colour, which is why all of our puppies from the same litter are priced the same, no matter the colour : 

Standards (65-90lbs) : $3000 - tax included
Mediums (40-65lbs) : $3000 - tax included

Price can be subject to change at any time, and will only be fixed after we receive the reservation fee.

When we produce a ''medium sized'' litter, that only means we pair a smaller dad with our Bernese Mountain dog girls. Weights can vary significantly since genetically, puppies can pull genetics from their grandparents and even great-grandparents.

Even though most should be medium size around 40-60lbs, we still can't guarantee that we won't have a standard size pup in the bunch, 75lbs+ (we will be able to estimate size much better at 7 weeks, before puppy picking starts).

Our reservation fee total is $500. Once it is received, it is non refundable and only transferable if we can find a replacement family before the puppies turn 8 weeks old.

We'd rather wait until the puppies are born before collecting any money. 
We understand that life happens and things can change, and we don't want our families to feel pressured into getting a puppy from us. We want you to get a puppy when it's the best timing possible for your family!

APPLICATION : I would suggest sending in an application 8-12 months before you're ready to welcome your furry friend. That way, you'll have better luck at being at the top of the wait list!**

***NOTE***

1 - We always reserve the right to skip a breeding if we think it's best for our females/program. 

2 - The breeder reserves the right to as many picks of the litter, should they choose. 

3 - No discounts will be given for puppies who have an umbilical hernia, slight over/underbite or have base narrow canines (BNC), as those are not life threatening and the puppy will still be able to live a normal, happy life. Although we try our best to breed the best puppies possible from health tested parents, some things are out of our control sometimes. The fun part with only picking your puppy at 8 weeks is that we bring them to our trusted vet for an exam before families can pick. Any concerns will be mentioned to the puppy families before they pick their puppy at 8 weeks!

Full payment is due when the puppies are 8 weeks old, or on go-home day.
